Fashion Statement

We received this book as a Christmas gift last year:

I never really understood this page of the book...

...until Jude recently started dressing himself.

And from my experience with a 2 1/2 year-old boy who can be a bit stubborn, mornings are just a whole lot easier if I don't interrupt his fashion statements.  

(This is also why he's wearing socks with sandals in March...)  

Independence is the goal here!!
