I successfully grew my own basil this summer! (Quite a success because I have no green thumb!)
It has been fun having fresh basil on hand to use in the kitchen.
We have enjoyed making and eating basil pesto this summer. Then I came across this recipe for brushetta from Andrea at lifelovelarson.blogspot.com and it was delicious!
Makes the perfect summer appetizer! Yum!
