This cookie recipe comes from Ryan's home town. The cookies are easy to make, so my kids like to help. And they are also wonderfully delicious!
Gooey Butter Cookies:
1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together. Chill dough until firm.
(We bake in style!)
|
Roll into small balls, then roll in powdered sugar.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350. (Do not brown.)
Enjoy!
And Happy Feast of St. Nick!
