Ice Wreath

I saw this once somewhere and always thought it would be cute to make one.  Very easy and we have the perfect weather to make it last!

Cut some evergreen clippings.  Place in bundt pan.  (I grabbed some from our boxwood bushes.)

Fill pan with water.

Freeze overnight.

Fill the sink with hot water and set the pan in it to easily pop the ice ring out.

Loop piece of ribbon through and hang outside!

  1. That is so creative! If I actually had somewhere to hang one so people could see it, I would totally do this

  2. How long did the ice wreath last?

  3. It lasted about a week. Mine got full sun on it in the afternoon, so if it was in the shade it might do better.

  4. Very pretty! I am definitely doing this for next Christmas. I am going to hang it right over Phil's side of the bed. :) p.s. whenever I hear the word "bundt" I think of the movie, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"...love your bog, Tricia!
