Easy Shredded Chicken




During my recent oven crisis I implemented a new {easy} way to cook chicken.  


Place boneless skinless chicken breasts in crockpot, drizzle olive oil on top, add salt and pepper, cook until chicken can be shredded with a fork.  

Easy.
