Ice Wreath

It has been unseasonably warm here this winter.  (I'm not complaining that we've been taking walks and riding bikes in the middle of January!)  However it's supposed to get cold again starting tomorrow.  So it will give us a chance to make an outdoor ice wreath like we did last year!
